STORY

Recently returned from another successful hunt with RMR. This was an archery antelope hunt over water, having several blinds to choose from the anticipation was high. Met with Joe to review ranch rules and as always Joe passed on suggestions based on his observations. First morning was uneventful, switching blinds for the afternoon and everything changed as I watched over 40 antelope either move out thru the grass or come to water. 2nd day antelope started showing before 7am and continued to show about every 1/2 hour up until 3pm when a storm front came through, still a good day. 3rd day was pretty much the same, antelope coming to water or seen grazing the wheat fields all day long...no shortage of speed goats! 4th day started out with rain in the morning, but by 10am the sun came out and so did the antelope, so much so that within 3hrs well over 40 antelope had come to water. Finally around 2pm a buck I decided to shoot gave me an opportunity, shot taken and he was down in 45yds.
This was my 4th hunt with RMR and 3rd successful hunt having now harvesting antelope, mule deer and elk. Hope to continue the good hunting next year as my son and I go after elk once again.
Thanks again Joe!

ADDITIONAL INFO

The hunts with RMR are not a guarantee you will score, the hunter has to hunt and put there time in. But one thing for sure, the game is on the different ranches, its up to the hunter to put it together.
